This story happened in Vilnius, or perhaps in Kaunas? Maybe in Chernivtsi, Jassy, Warsaw, Berlin, Paris, or Rome? Eitan and his best friend Rivka live where the summers are hot, the bagels are sweet, and the crows are very angry. In this place, children play, dogs frolic, and neighbours chat with each other. But no one can leave from here, and those who pass through the gates never return.
